Depends.

Yes, the people are friendly, the restrooms are clean, and the river is a great place to have fun there...BUT... You're packed in like sardines and they let people (NonRVers) in for just one day and it makes it so crowded for the RVers. And I mean really crowded!!!
I'm not going back.

Great place for the family!

This was our third time staying here and we really do enjoy it. Great camp sites long pull thru sites, very clean public bathrooms if you need them, 2 playgrounds for the kiddos, nice pool, and awesome river frontage for plenty of fun in the San Marcos river. Also a great place where you can walk your inflatables down the path and take a 30 minute float back to your campground. Everyone was really nice too! We will be back!

Leisure Resort

Nice campground all around. RV sites have both 30 and 50 amp. RV sites are pull through. Long but narrow sites. Not a very large campground. Just the right size for us. Great river area. The campground offers tubes for rent along with a pickup service for a 2nd float. Or you can take your own equipment upstream to the Fentress bridge and drop in there and float back to the campground, about 1.25hr float. Drive from campground to the bridge is aprox 10 mins. A nice campground, quiet, pretty, fun, nice staff too.
