Poor everything..
This rv park is and does not stand by its,"things to offer",very unorganized,no lighting around park,there are no washers,or dryers,no internet,and is very unsafe,with ur belongings,to many thief's,has a loud surroundings.we not recommended.
and always people in and out all hours of night.and want to charge u,325.00 a month,for what?unsafe environment, and doesn't give you,no accommodations,specified,on website,No lighting in park or down drive to 2685,
Deer are about the only pleasures,to see early morning...

Great place to stay and enjoy the true beauty and peace of East Texas.
Close to I-20 and fishing/golf.
Seen and photographed lots of natures beauty during our stay.
Friendly folks and rental rates are low.Diamond in the rough and highly recommended.
Very nice
Very clean and well maintained. $ 25 per night and reduced price for longer stays. Off the beaten path. Concrete level pull throughs. Very quite and friendly staff, home type environment. Don't miss this gem!
Awesome Park
Very neat and clean with a country atmosphere. Conveniently located next to the Gilmer Country Club and not far at all from town.
