WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

This is the nicest RV Park in the area but as far a customer service goes, definitely needs a huge adjustment. From the managers to the owner, they dont know how to provide or act professionally. The rude comments made by Mike from the time I pulled up with my travel trailer to their lack of professionalism and customer service when problems arose. I let the managers know I had two pets and everything was fine until the owner showed up questioning the breed of one. I provided proof of breed and they went as far as to see research the bloodline of the breed. Ridiculous! My last day there was absurd, I called to complain that the internet was down, and Mike said he had CMA out already and they fixed the problem. I let him know that is wasnt working on my end and he to me to take me RV elsewhere. After that I went to the office to talk with them and got into a big confrontation with the two mamagers and the owner. They also decided to instate a 30 lb weight limit on pets that day and ordered me to leave without a refund. Definitely dont recommend this place!!!
