Traveler Tips

Traveler Reviews
Nice place for short stay.
This was a fairly nice park. We stayed here one night on our way out west. Gravel sites with cable, wifi, and full hookups. The sites were a little short, but otherwise a good place for a one night stop. They also had a few nice cabins if you had other family in the area. Also had a large indoor swimming pool.
Ok for small rigs
No frills park, except for pool. Sites are small and require sharp turns to get in and out. Not easy in a motorhome with a toad.
OK Park
This was a no frills park for us. Located on the northwest outskirts of Lubbock with an entrance that is easy to miss. We had a pull thru with full hookups. Dog run was on the other side of the park. We were close to office and indoor heated pool/spa.
Nothing fancy just a spot to park. Next time we get to Lubbock, we will visit a different park.
Campingirl
I stayed here two nights with my dog. I did not like my site (one dead tree, dirt only, no grass at all, not close to dog spaces) I made a request to move to another site, and I was told that I could not move because it was against policy. Although, most sites were empty and no one ever came to fill them.
I have stayed at many KOA's and have always loved them, but I would not recommend this one at this time.
