Traveler Tips

Traveler Reviews
Cancellation due to Coronavirus Fear
We had to change our travel plans at the last minute due to our concerns over the coronavirus. We decided we would feel safer home in Georgia. This RV would not refund our $375 that we paid in advance. I ask if we could rebook for January 2021 when we will be back in Texas. I was told if I rebooked it had to be within a 30 day period.
Be sure to review their cancellation policy as they are unwilling to work with you if you cancel.
I assure you we WILL NOT be staying at the rv Park when we return in 2021.
Too small for >39 feet
We called ahead and we were told a spot was available for our 40' 5th wheel. The "spot " was on a sandy hill that almost destroyed our leveling jacks. After several failed attempts we decided to look elsewhere - had to argue with the front desk about a refund (they don't give refunds). The only way to safely exit that park is at an angle.
Small cramped spots. We would not try this park again especially since there are other parks with beach access, bigger lots, and cheaper prices.
Great little spot on the beach!
Nice spot right on the beach. It's right next to beach and folks are friendly and helpful. Also, Mark Jorgensen from Paradise RV Detail lives there and does an excellent job washing your vehicle. His # 361-429-6883
cute park
Very cute park. I picked this one so as to be as close to the beach as possible, and was pleasantly surprised at the proximity--- a short walk down a sandy road and you're on a huge expanse of beach. The park is very friendly, with lots of attention to detail. It is an older park so it is smaller and spots are pretty close together. I realized later that there are quite a few parks with good beach access, so you don't need to stay here to be right on the beach, but this is a good choice if you want to be near the beach and also near Port Aransas.
