Great place

Clean, friendly, easily accessible, with long pull through so you don?t have to break your toe. Utilities are perfectly located for this. We added this park to our list of favorite spots.

A real oasis just when you need one

We stay at the Cotton Gin RV park when we come and go from our Winter stay in West Texas. This is truly an oasis in the panhandle which tends to long, flat, open and with few choices.
The sites are all pull through and long enough to leave our tow vehicle hooked. The utilities are very convenient and hook up is easy. Wi-Fi was good, we used our satellite dome, I think they offer cable.
This is a small park but management is very friendly and will help you in anyway they can. We have stayed a couple of days but usually see people come and go just wanting a good night's rest before continuing.
The park is clean and very neat and orderly. The few permanents are tidy and no problem. Though you are out on the open plains there is a homey safe feeling here. Lots of lighting, even the pedestal lights all work and really brighten the place.
There is a nice office with a few necessities. The cotton gin itself is really big, almost cavernous, and very interesting to see and walk around. There is a small pool, though we only pass through in Fall and Spring.
The bathrooms are old but I have watched them cleaned every day and found them comfortable. The laundry is on the honor system. We used it just fine.
The Summers here are hot and dry. The owners do their best to have grass lawns, shade trees, and shrubs.
You could easily see their hard work. I walked our dog around the park every night with my wife and enjoyed all the hard work.
The highway and trains are nearby. There is some highway noise but it doesn't take away from the park. I like trains, particularly at night, so that was no problem for me.
We'll be back.
