Happy!
I want to say that I love this place! It's very quiet and I love the horses! David has been extremely helpful and kind in answering all our questions and any problems we have had. I felt safe enough to leave my daughter there for a month by herself for summer school. We will be back for years to come!

don't stay here
Owner is rarely around. College students party every weekend. Sewage doesn't drain well. Noisy traffic. Dirty laundry room. Where are the horseshoes? Wifi is almost nil throughout the park. Horse barn is pathetic and dirty.

Wow! Such a harsh review. And a very dishonest one at that. I will say that we do not have a horse shoe pit. I don't know how that was listed. Our barn is very well maintained, clean, and organized. Our septic system has NEVER had any issues. The laundry room is kept clean. I have two wifi units throughout the park. I keep my father-in-law on premise, if I'm not there. Like most parks, I'm located next to a highway, but not a high traffic area. And to make the statement about college kids and partying, well that's just a flat out lie. This review has come from a very cowardly person. I stand behind all I write. I have a full park, barn, and all my cabins. I am referred by Down Under Horsemanship, to all their clients. The local city and sheriffs department has hired us in the past, to care for and maintain, seized horses. The tenants in my park range from college personnel, construction workers, college student, high school teachers, professionals, and retired folks. Never have I had a client leave for any of the above accusations.
