Coyote ranch followed through in dealing with me being "Unhappy". They resolved my issue and I give them credit!!
This is now a Jellystone park so they can charge you more money. They charged us $8 per person wristband fee in addition to the $40 a night fee, which was never discussed when making the reservation. It's outrageous!! We weren't ever there in daylight. They say they can't refund the fee so it has to go to the GM to discuss. I'll change this post if they take care of the problem.
The girls were a little grossed out at the pool, but they still went swimming. The lady at the office was so nice and patient with us. This is our first trip with our RV. Thanks coyote ranch!
We have stayed here a couple of times and the people are amazing! It's refreshing to have kind smiling warm people greet you after a hard day of traveling! Park has many amenities that many other parks do not. Love the western feel and look . Will always come back with our 45 foot motorhome. Thanks
Nice facility but dirty
Nice place. Has grass around each concrete pad site. I forgot to ask for my Good Sam's discount. I asked later that day and was offered a bag of ice instead of a refund. :(
The Lone Star pool was cloudy with debri and trash in it. My kids complained about the water quality. The other pool was closed for a wedding.
The laundry room was nice. $1.50 per wash and dry (each). There were tons of dead bugs in the light fixtures.
The showers were nice. Individual rooms with shower, toilet and sink.
