Very Nice Park

We stayed here in September and the place was less than half full. The park is very pretty, quiet, and clean. The staff was great - friendly and helpful. The showers were spotless. There is a very nice building with computers, pool table, TV, and plenty of books. Most of the roads through the park are paved. Some sites have level concrete pads and others are on dirt with a concrete patio. We don't have one, but it seemed big-rig friendly. Be prepared for lots of bugs. They spray, but the park is next to a wooded conservation area. They have canoe & kayak rentals on site. Be aware, there are gators in the creek. They caught a 12' one while we were there. They do kind of nickel and dime you. For example, rates do not include electric & sewer. That will run you an extra $2-3 per day. I didn't use their Wifi, but Verizon worked great there. They are dog friendly and have a fenced dog run on the far side of the park. We would stay there again without hesitation.

Great for our short term stay.

We stayed here for a weekend in Jan 2011. Short terms stay on level, back-in, grass sites in the back of the park. There are no sewer hookups there, but there's a dump by the entrance. Roads are paved except for this area. Sites had picnic tables. There is a lake view in this section. Few cable channels. Dog friendly with "doggie dumpsters" located at each corner of the park. When we arrived, the office was closing and the little contact we had with the staff was nice. Residents seemed friendly. Restrooms and showers were a little old, but clean. Overall, a quiet and clean park. We would stay there again.

Nice park

We stayed here for a weekend in March 2011. The park is on US1 across the street from the Indian river. Our view was beautifull. There is road noise from the highway on the east side and train noise on the west side but it wouldn't keep us from staying there again. Staff was friendly and escorts you to your site. Dog friendly but only place to walk is a wide strip at front of park along US1. Lots of cable channels, clean showers & restrooms, concrete patios, friendly people, and great breeze from the river. Some sites have picnic tables. We would stay there again. Would give it 5 stars except for road noise.
