Mostly full time residents, a bit run down, but quiet and right on the river, it was ok but probably would not stay there again. Paid $30 for the night. No wifi.
We were greeting upon driving in and led to our space, didn't even have to get out to register, they came to us, they enjoy meeting each guest personally. We loved it here, clean and friendly, with beautiful views all around. They have a chapel with Sunday service, we loved it and would stay again if passing this way. We paid $26.00 a day, cash or check only, included wifi. really large pull thrus don't even have to unhitch if you don't want to.
This park was very nice, large spaces, big fur trees all around, we enjoyed our 1 night here. Very helpful manager, a tree was blocking our satellite reception and he gladly moved us. Everything was very clean and neat with a picnic table at each site. They had the pool drained, probably closed for winter and not ready for summer yet. We would stay again if passing here again. Well worth the $34.67 including tax.
We have a 40 ft motorhome towing a small car, we were able to get a pull thur space and did not have to unhitch our car, we stuck out about a foot into a very wide gravel drive, (easy in and out) but the manager said it was fine and he would put a cone out, we did not need the cone. It was quiet and clean, strips of grass with a tree and a few well maintained plants and grass neatly mowed. Not very private but pleasant,seen deer in the large grassy area around the park.
I did not use laundry or rest rooms so I can't say their condition, but everything I could see was neat & clean. There were some full time residents, but all friendly. The cost of $30.00 per night included wifi.
We stayed one more night.
