Beware RPI & Coast to Coast members

There is a $10 per night resort fee along with $3 cable fee in addition to your normal $10 a night fee, not a good park, more with better facilities for same

Perfect !

A Junker !

hey folks, this one is bad ---- some real red necks permanent here, if you have to stay in town lock your doors, poorly maintained, noisy if you get one of the full hook-ups, but only one in town, stya closer to The Royal Gorge, but cell coverage is almost non existent up there

Clean

Nice park, poor wifi as usual, most of the rv parks just dont have a clue on how to make a wifi work. beware your GPS tells you its on the opposite side of the road ! If you into re-cycling this is your park, you must seperate your trash. Nice sites, paved pads, would stay again with Passport

Noisy

This park has at least 80 per cent permanent residents, lots and lots of motorcycles running up and down the campgrounds, while well maintained, and friendly staff you need to be advised. We walked around some but felt uncomfortable in some area's. stayed here using RPI, so at $15 a night it is tolable, but at full price forget it ! Decent location for getting in the Turnpike or downtown.

Not Bad

stayed here one night, very large back in's, probably 100 ft or more in length. Cheap if you have passport at $16.00. Staff friendly and helpful, lots of permanent but would stay again if passing through.

Friendly Staff

Decent park as they go, very old, pads are very narrow but workable. WIFI works as most RV parks, slow but works, Cable has tons of channels, bit noisy as it is fairly close to interstate 75, lots of shade, bit pricy at 33.00 but they accept Good Sam for 10% discount, would stay here again

Nice Park

Stayed here overnight, wonderful pull throughs, full hookups, easy access to I10, friendly staff, good rate. No cable, no free wifi, they do have wifi but its extra. Watch for rain, the sites are sandy.
