Great shaded park in the land of no shade, this park has every inch of shade in the badlands. Great staff, pool, hot tub, doggy park, all u can eat pancakes, nice pull thru sites level, got sewer water and electric service, they also have those tiny cabins and a place called tent city. Highly recommend staying here while in the badlands. When we stayed white river was way down due too dry weather, but still great...
I like that there are individual bathrooms, sites are kind of tight with no grass, tucked in the mountains very nice little rv park. I would recommend if you want to be away from Cody which is about a 10 mile drive and it is the east entrance of the park. Took us 9.5 hours to get here from Denver city center.
We are going whitewater rafting today, Yellowstone, and rodeo tonight.
Cody has lts of stuff, lots of shopping and dining quite a little gem of a town, we will be checking it out.
Very nice campground sites are on the water, site has marina, hotel and indoor pool. No beach not much to do around here just a stop on the way to sd. Would highly recommend for nice place to stay passing thru as it is right off interstate. Site had all amenities except cable did not work. They did have boat rental but way to windy to go out. Leave it to mother nature to ruin my plans... Oh well best campground in the area by far
Well it is not the greatest park, but all the people we met made for an enjoyable time. Bathrooms clean pull thru site with all the hookups for 20 per night great deal. All sites are wooded with plenty of shade not much to do in the area unless you are visiting blue mound state park 20 min away.
We are here for 4 days lots of stuff to do. Nice people (lots of kids here) atv rentals, golf cart rentals, horseback riding, 2 pools, 2.50 for pancakes. FYI -Alpine Inn hill City-$11.95 for the big Filet highly recommend (great steak)
