Not too far from the caverns. It was windy and cold in the middle of the night when we arrived there..nobody occupied the park, it looks so creepy. The next morning we noticed the park is dirty.. There's a goat pit and horses. With junky old cars.
The View on top is great, the RV Park is located in the hill of PCH, so if you want to be on the beach you have to go down and cross the PCH, the Showers are clean, there's a trail at the back of the park, I think we pay for the spectacular view of the Ocean.
Very Accessible in town, surrounded with trees and the view of the Red Rocks. Our dog love the Creek. The shower/restrooms is not enough for the large number of campers, I usually shower late at night so I don't have to rush with so many people waiting in line. The park is all gravel, the entrance from the highway is kind of steep..so be careful going down. Staff are always busy, don't ask questions if they are attending other guest or they are talking in the phone. Overall we like this place, we will be going back here again for our next thanksgiving celebration.
Big rv park just a block away from the entrance of Yellowstone park, big laundry area.. Restroom/showers clean.. Free coffee in the morning in the social hall. Staff are friendly. The park is all paved with good shades of trees.. Walking distance to everything.. And it's so pretty here.
We stayed here because some people from other rv park recommended it.. And the website looks good. We are surprised that the place is not level.. Bugs and flies all over the place.. The shower/ restrooms stinks. The mineral swimming pool is dirty.. We used the state park instead . This place would surely be a good one to stay in the future if the mgt will take some extra effort to maintain the place. Good luck everyone.
Just along Highway 26 of the town Welches, you can easily find it because of the big sign in the highway, they have a big heated swimming pool, spa, gym and playground for kids, the area is all shaded with trees, but the restrooms/shower is not plenty so you have to plan what time you used it and don't forget to remember your codes, every guest have different codes to BR or in the recreation are, no pull thru's all back-in, the campground is good for biking, and accesible to grocery shopping..and gas. its a big campground, expect that there are a lot of kids and teens..but its quiet most of the times.
This is our resting area, after a trip from Utah, we like coming here since its near to casinos, restaurant, and strip. Dog Park is not too big, but our dog enjoyed it, the swimming pool is crowded with kids, Bathroom and showers are OK, no shades on this RV Park, its good to use your awning if its not windy..but all in all its nice here for a quick stop.
Nothing can go wrong with this rv park.. We love it here so many fun stuff to do walking distance to shopping, restaurants and bars.. This is a fun place for everyone young or oldies. Very clean surroundings..staff are friendly. The shower rooms are clean. Love this place.
In the middle of the desert.. For golfer's this is a good place.. The view of the desert is spectacular, the whole camp is very clean, the staff are friendly and so helpful (this was the time when our awning broke down). Pet run is clean and big. Heated swimming pool and they have several hot tub . Restroom/showers super clean..one of the best rv park I've ever been.
This is a big rv park if you want to be in the water this is the place.. Kids will like it here.. Park is noisy kids and dogs running around. The entrance is tight so be careful. I won't be coming back here.
