Park is laid out nicely, easy on easy off highway 35. Shortfall, you are instructed to stay off the grass and pets are definitely not allowed on grass, pet walk only, and it?s at far end of park, which makes it hard to know when Fido needs the brake. Constantly eyed by management, makes for stressful stay. Hard to say, might stay again. Pricey stay!
Wifi is advertised and when my MacBook is actually able to find it and if it stays on long enough to be able to put the password in, it just loads. Basically, there's no wifi unless you want to take your device to the laundry room or bathrooms. Other than that, it's clean and the people are nice.
No trees but clean, level pads. There is no one there to help between 6 pm and 9 am so don't have a problem. The Storm Shelter is LOCKED so don't have a storm either. The restrooms and showers, and laundry room are clean - check toilets for paper before settling in. Be careful if you have a dog because there are NASTY stickers in the green lawns. All grass is watered nightly, so don't leave belongings out or you'll need time for them to dry. Lots of fast food places near by as is the highway, but noise is not a problem. We paid a lot more than usual here, so it isn't likely that we would ever return.
We enjoyed the smaller rv park. Great concrete thru out. Grass between lots was better than perfect. Great cable signal and wifi signal. Definite place to stop.
very clean and level. Good Sam and close to family and stores.
This is a very nice new park with clean showers and paved sites with grass seperations. It is very close to fuel, shopping, groceries and resteraunts.
We were quoted 325/ mo for a site when we made our reservation. Two weeks later when we arrived on Aug 5 we were told the price was now 450. If we had been here one day earlier we would have gotten the old rate, and tthose that were already in the park have their rates increased as of Sept 1.
