Clean and crowded.

Looks like most are either parked long term or live here. Very tight lots but our lot was in corner with plenty of room. Lot is clean with nice grassy play area. Not much grass anywhere else. All gravel. 20
Miles from downtown Nashville but handy to shopping and restaurants in Smyrna , Tn. Wifi slow but good LTE data coverage. Nice people. Good alternative for half Nashville rate. If not going into Nashville, it is a great overnight alternative.

Nashville KOA

Expensive but a nice park. 10-12 miles to downtown Nashville but it is about as close as you can get to Opryland and Opry Mills. Other parks that are $30 a$40 less are another 5 - 10 miles out. Has good Wifi and good grass with dog waking areas.

Overall good but horrible WiFi

I was there on business for a meeting at nearby hotel. Very centrally located, nice staff, and decent full service hookup for diesel pusher with toad. However, since I was actually needing wifi connection while there to keep in touch with office and my office files and system, it was impossible with their extremely poor wifi signal at my campsite #643. Had to only use cell signal for emails etc. Wifi signal was poor until I got within 200 ft of clubhouse. This is unacceptable. One of these days I hope RV Park owners will realize the need to have high speed wifi signal to every customer. This is becoming a necessity now, not a luxury. Even their premium "paid" internet service would not work. I will not stay here again unless their WiFi signal is upgraded and guaranteed to be acceptable at my site. Unfortunately, I need to work a few more years so hopefully I can combine it with RV living via WiFi.

Very nice but horrible wifi

Very nice, clean, owner owned sites. Friendly community. Horrible wifi at site. . Must get with the current times Crystal Lakes!!! Luckily a good wifi signal from a neighbor's unprotected router saved the day. (I still have to work while RVing).
Check before booking if you need wifi.

Nice clean place to stay

Mostly rock/gravel lots but very clean and quiet. Nice dock area on gulf about 100 ft away from our site. Only complaint was the Dog Walk area was drainage ditch beside busy hwy. Must do better but at least there WAS one. Was there for 3 nights. No restaurants/groceries/etc within wailing distance. Must have car if staying here. Again, clean and quiet.

Thanks Fair Harbor!

Nice stay this Feb(2013). Excellent WiFi at site. Only complaint is better grassy sites instead of sand/mud.
