Beautiful setting

Beautiful KOA several selections for sites, regular site, some have decks w/BBQ, fire pit and swing, whatever your camping pleasure is they have a great variety of sites. The location is perfect, located at the off ramp Hwy 81 with a fuel station gas or diesel. No problem for a big rig. 5 miles to Natural Bridges and many other interesting adventures.

Five star plus!

This is one of the nicest camp grounds I seen & we have been RVing since 1980. Beautiful river, large trees, clean, grass, large play ground, cabins and too much to mention, oh friendly helpful staff. We would definitely come back again.

Surprised

I was surprised that Woodall rated this Campground 5 star. The receptionist was bossy, not very friendly. The rules & regs are ridiculous, if you have a 50 amp service you are not allowed to use your washer and dryer, fire pit flame cannot be higher than the ring, we're talking 12" for wood and fire. I could go on and on. It does have a fast internet, cell phone coverage and the trees setting is nice.

Friendly - Clean

The park is clean, the owners are extremely nice, very friendly and helpful. They have a pool, play ground and a pond with pedal boat. Grass between each site and gravel/grass where you park, so it's clean. Water, power, sewer and internet. We used PassPort America they were also in the Woodall book. We pulled in with a 39' Motorhome no problem. For more info see Web site and picture.

Great Place

Great Park and a variety of camp sites some areas are open and some in the trees. It is a very large campground. The water psi is good, cell phone signal for ATT is LTE, rec. area, pool, close to Walmart and other shopping. Wifi and paved roads. The RVer next to us also said they booked a months stay next year!

Yogi Bear Campground

I have stayed in other Yogi Bear Campgrounds and enjoyed them all. This campground is surviving on the name. I asked for a 50 amp site and got 30, the site also doesn't have a sewer dump, the roads are dirt, the permanent sites, look absolutely disgusting. The office doesn't even know the lay out of the campground. To add insult the site was $65.?? With a Good Sam discount! The internet worked for about 5 minutes.

RvLife

The Campground is centrally located for all the surrounding activities. The camp hosts were very nice and helpful . The camp ground was larger than I expected a good variety of camp sites, tents, cabins and RV sites. Plenty for the kid too. The internet is dreadfully slow.

This is a beautiful park, check out the pictures they speak for themselves. The site we stayed in had double hookups so you could pull in or back in. Cement pads and lawns, beautiful pool, club house security gate at night.

Carmel By The River RV Park Review

The Park is secluded in the woods a few miles from town. It is very peaceful and clean. The owner or host was very friendly and helpful. They had a game room with Air Hockey, Pool Table, Ping Pong and TV sitting area. Bathrooms were clean and the garbage was not over flowing. The road coming in was a bit small, we are driving a 40' Rv and it has a one lane bridge that is being extended to two lanes.
