At this park they specialize in charging 1st and last month rent with no intension of returning your last months rent/deposite they also prorate your rent when you move in but keep everything when you move out 15 days early. I believe they do this because RV'ers are traveling and they no most of us wont fight for our money back cause we've moved on. But I'm going to fight for double my money back because it the law and I live close enough to come back to court.
