Stayed at this park for almost a year and we will miss it and the people we have grown to love. Office staff is awesome! The park is well maintained and has spacious lots. Monthly price is very reasonable; unlike most parks who raise the price due to snowbirds. Lots of interaction and activities within the park. Will definitely stay here again if my husband has to come back to work in this area.
This park is located right across from the beautiful beach. The managers are making improvements to the park with gravel and new pavers. I love this park mostly because of where it's located. Staff is friendly. The wash house and laundry area is small and outdated, but I never used either. We paid monthly....
Stayed at this park for almost 4 months while my husband worked in the area. A lot of traffic on the weekends with folks coming in and out going to the springs. The spring is open to the public for a fee and it fills up every weekend. Lots for kids to do on weekends. Watch out for the bears. Friendly staff.
This is by far one of our most favorite parks. We have stayed here twice traveling with my husbands job. Monthly rates are very pricey especially during snowbird season. There's lots to do in the park. Swimming pool is nice and recently redone. Lots are semi- graveled with concrete patio. The only complaint is "NO SEE UMS"! They're horrible and will eat you alive especially late evening and night.
Country setting and very well maintained. A lot of snowbirds; mostly elderly folks and permanent residence. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. Really nice park. No complaints. We would stay again, if ever in the area.
The RV spots are fairly level with nice hook ups. The park was clean; all but the laundry facilities. We stayed at the park for 2 months. The rent was rather high in my opinion at $500 per month; electric included, but we have a 30 amp which does not use a lot of electricity. I loved the reindeer. Would feed them often. The laundry facility worked well, but I had to clean before doing laundry each time. Laundry mat was open to the public, which I don't think is right, since I was the one paying $500 per month and had to clean after them. Other than the laundry facilities and high lot rent; it was a nice park. The owner works hard, I might add. She was always running and busy!
