Camp Edison

Staying at Camp Edison in winter is a treat. They keep the paved roads plowed and your campsite area that is paved also cleared. We have heard stories of heavy snow with 5' to 6' of snow and so all you get is the paved site cleared so may be tight if you have slide outs on both sides. Camp host are not there on the weekends "they leave like at noon on Friday" so you have to keep an eye out for an Edison truck driving thru the park to get tokens for the showers and they are nice and warm. Only a few sites are open in the winter and they only have electric and water. We were able to run up to China Peak Ski Resort for a day of snowboarding. Very quite and peaceful.

Only 4 stars because no sewer hookup.

We also enjoy staying there in the summer.
