Friendly staff, older park

Price reflects C2C membership. Campground was very easy to find—make sure to put “Needles Highway” into GPS not Hwy 95. The staff in this campground was very nice. There are daily activities—some generated by campground and some by the residents. This is an older campground, so many of the sites are smaller. However, they easily handle 40’ rig. Asphalt roads through the campground. Each camp site is gravel. Room in the site for truck, 5th wheel and jeep; no extra space. Many sites had a concrete patio, although not all. Each site had a nice picnic table. Only 30 amps available. Sites are all very level. Pool is heated and part of the pool has a roof covering it. Nice hot tub area. Very nice laundry room. Campground is directly on the river, however Coast to Coast sites are away from river. Good Verizon coverage. There are trees throughout, which makes satellite signal a challenge—but not impossible.

Nice "Urban type" campground

Price reflects C2C membership. Campground was very easy to get to. Entrance is through the CVS parking lot. The staff in this campground were very nice.

This is basically a residential mobile home/RV campground. Most units are permanent or long term, with the periodic shorter term RV. The people are very friendly and happy to visit anytime you are outside. Dirt roads throughout resort; they are well maintained. Campground easily handles big rigs. Plenty of room in the site for truck, 5th wheel and jeep--but no additional space.

Each site had a concrete patio, no picnic table. There are palm trees throughout; although these offer limited shade; they are nice to have. Sites are all very level.

Pool was not heated and so water was too cold to swim. Close to grocery stores and drug store. Good Verizon coverage. Easy to get DirecTV satellite reception.

Good campground--not exceptional

Price reflects C2C membership. Campground was very easy to find—make sure to turn at the Valley Vista sign and NOT the Encore sign. The staff in this campground were very nice. Dirt roads throughout resort; they are well maintained. Campground easily handles big rigs. Sites vary in size. Ours was long enough for truck, 5th wheel and jeep; however the site are narrow. Sites are all very level. Some sites have picnic tables—but not all. Very nice (heated) pool and hot tub area. Campground was nice—but would not want to hang outside here (gravel and no view) Very clean laundry room. Good Verizon cell phone coverage. We will definitely return.
