I lived here for 5 long awful years. I had a park model I couldn't afford to move when management changed. The current manager trapped my cat and had it put down like it was a rabid raccoon. No parking, no clubhouse for residents to use. The manager loves to write glowing reviews about himself with obvious grammar errors. He has raised rent and forced elderly, disabled, veterans, those on fixed incomes out. Anyone who questions his authority is pink slipped. Stay far away from this place and tell all your friends and winter Texans to go somewhere else!!
I cannot recommend this park. Website states wifi...well maybe in the upper sites you can get a signal. There is a clubhouse, but during my stay I never saw it opened. The door to the ladies shower won't lock and is rotted out at the bottom.
