Very unfriendly
The employee's at this rv park are very rude except for the woman who usually works the front office. People skills are highly recommend for all others. They are no better than anyone else. One man even needs anger management as far as i seen. Unless he treats all woman like dirt. I HIGHLY recommend staying elsewhere.

If you are planning to spend some time in the Apple Valley area
If you plan to spend some time in the Apple Valley, CA area east of Los Angeles and want a clean well managed RV park to stay in for weeks or months then I would suggest you consider this RV Park. If cost is a consideration then you need to know that currently the electricity is included in the monthly fee (saves you some money). Located on the edge of town you get the benefit of feeling you are staying out of town..... I have stayed there twice already this year....

Find another park
I cannot find one good reason for any one to stay at this park, no amenities, water has coliform, sewer system backs up and fails, and the electrical system is unreliable. The management is unfriendly and unhelpful! The manager Bill Brock was such a jerk that I departed before my scheduled departure, I was never so glad to leave a place in all of my R.V. life style. Take my advise and find another park to stay in. This park is cheaply priced for good reason, because they know there value. Even so it is way over priced.
