No frills park, except for pool. Sites are small and require sharp turns to get in and out. Not easy in a motorhome with a toad.
Friendly staff, clean park, nice pool. Only 30-40 minute drive to Carlsbad Caverns. So peaceful here we extended our stay.
Campground is close enough to highway 76, "the strip" to go to shows and come back to rest as needed. Yet, just far enough to not have the noise.
Park is clean, sites have ample space, staff is friendly.
This might be a great place if, they cleaned up the beach. The mountains of rotting seaweed gives the place the aroma of an open dewar.

Extremely clean park. Friendly staff. Very busy... Reserve early. We wanted to stay a week, but could only get 3 nights.
Roads and pads paved. Great place. 45 minutes from pensacola NAS.
Ok for a quick stop for the night. Less than a mile east of I-55.
However, it is right under the flight path for the Memphis airport, so you have fedex jets taking off constantly right over you.
When looking for this place, go slow on stateline road. It is hidden behind the Firestone tire shop.
Small park, nicely kept. Owners are friendly young couple. Plenty of hot water in the showers. Laundry room is clean. 4 washers 4 dryers. Free wifi. Cable TV. About a mile north of I-40.
