Unfortunately we didn't read these reviews prior to our decision to stay . We booked two nights but left after the first . Where to start , looks like it was a nice place at one time but not any longer . The park is run down and in disrepair throughout and that's not even considering the lowlife full timers that reside here . The power pedestal keep shutting off repeatedly all night .
Do Not Stay Here just keep driving .I'd picked no stars fit it won't let you .
You enter the park through several blocks of a mobile home park , the park appears to be an old KOA by the looks of the buildings . My impressions would be more positive if this were a stand alone park . Overall not that bad all though it could use some elbow grease here and there as there is some disrepair . We only stayed the one night .
My wife , son and I have just left this RV park and will not be coming back at any point in the future . First off the park is adjacent to two XXX Mega plex adult porn establishments , secondly no offense to the people of Austin TX. you have a lovely State Capitol but the neighborhood the park is surrounded by would not be safe to take your dog for a walk in and lastly the fee to stay was $ 42.00 for the one nights stay , if we wanted to stay longer that fee was being raised 150% to $102.00 because of a Formula 1 race happening over the upcoming weekend . Our one night stay was on a Tues. night . I find that kind of price gouging criminal and makes this establishment the worst I've ever given my money to .
Wasn't an enjoyable stay , park is muddy with only a sparse gravel covering , no water ( which was not mentioned at check in ) , put in a space w/no
Sewer hookup . It was a quite setting .
