Giving it 3 stars because the beach is gorgeous, and considering that we got a site that backs up on to the beach AND it was on the corner, otherwise the sites are very close together and it's a very tight squeeze maneuvering in and out of the lot. Electric and water only hook ups, bathrooms are clean, and the beach is gorgeous! Price reflects disabled discount.
