While this CG is very close to the caves, it?s nothing to write home about. The bathrooms need updating in major way. They?re not necessarily ?dirty?, but they need work.
Drive is mostly unpaved as are most of the sites. The sites are uneven as well, workable...but not level.
The office was located across the main road from the CG, which seemed odd and it didn?t have a ?store? on site.
At our site at least, there was only one water tap that was shared between you & the neighbor.
We stayed at Stony Ridge in mid July 2017 and we could not have been disappointed, especially since this is a KOA. The gravel road throughout the CG is riddled with large potholes, the water at the site never ran clear (always cloudy) and the bathroom/showers were absolutely disgusting. Large carpenter ants in the showers, which along with the toilets were dirty!
