Totally Big Rig Friendly

Large, wide roads, on the Sacramento River. We are 45' and 13'1" tall. No problem.

Super clean and new

We called a couple hours before we arrived to verify availability. Our check in was late and the staff made it super easy. This was the cleanest and newest rv park we've ever stayed in. We were bummed to not have been able to stay longer to enjoy the amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Excessively Nice! {GPS Advice}

We are en route back to home one the Oregon Coast after a month long trip to Yuma & up to Laughlin. We have stayed at a lot of parks (some really nice ones) & this park is the best one yet! Immaculate doesn't even begin to describe it! We will definitely be back! Our GPS told us to take Center Ave after exiting I-5N. I would recommend taking a right on to Belle Mill Rd then the 1st left on to East Ave...that will run into Lake Ave (you will see the park). Center Ave is quite narrow. If your GPS tells you that you will have to "park your vehicle and walk to the destination" just ignore it.

This is a beautiful park, check out the pictures they speak for themselves. The site we stayed in had double hookups so you could pull in or back in. Cement pads and lawns, beautiful pool, club house security gate at night.

Beautiful and Clean

This is a beautiful and well kept park with most of the sites being pull throughs. The bathrooms are large and clean. The staff is ver courteous and helpful. When we needed to air up our tires, one of the staff helped us out and was very friendly. There was a basketball court and I believe a mini golf course as well. The pool was very large with a large hot tub. There also is a club house, but we didn't get a chance to go in. If you have dogs, this is a great place with a dog wash station. I would highly recommend this rv park.
