We gave stayed in many koa?s over the years and this is one of the nicer ones. Sites are plenty big enough and level, WiFi and cable are excellent and we even get satellite on our site, although some sites may have trees that would block the signal. We got a premium site by the little lake and have an excellent view and visiting ducks. We were here five years ago and they have made many improvements since then. Yes, you hear a siren now and again but being so close to everything more than makes up for that in my opinion. We are in a 40 foot motorhome and will definitely be back.
Nothing fancy but a welcome sight after a long day of driving with not a lot of choices for campgrounds. Basic services, concrete parking strips surrounded by grass. A few pull thrus and our 40+ foot motorhome fit just fine. Lots of residents but clean and neat. Phone number listed didn?t work, I got thru with 803-226-0850 and they held a site for us.
We?ve stayed at many Yogis over the years and I?d have to put this one at the bottom of my list. Excruciatingly long check in process and we had called ahead. We have a 40+ foot motorhome and the assigned site was tight. In fact a fellow had to trim some small tree branches back so we could open our slides. We?ll have a sharp turn in the morning to get out of here too. Might have been better off at the Walmart up the road.
We stopped here on our way West in January and made it a point to stop again on our way East. If you?re looking for a resort atmosphere with entertainment, this ain?t it. Just a nice, well maintained campground with level concrete pads and all the hookups you could want. Even satellite works here. Roads are gravel but in good shape. There are a few trees scattered around and it has a calm relaxing feel to it. Our motorhome is over 40 feet with 4 slide outs and size was no problem whatsoever. Polite, helpful staff, said just pick a spot and he?d catch us later.
