It is very unclear whether this park is even open to the public. It is completely fenced, there is no name posted, just a sign that says, "Private -- guests only." We drove in, only to find a very dilapidated pavilion and an old shed, but nothing that resembled an office and no sign indicating where to register. After assessing the situation, we had to circle the park in order to exit, and were appalled by the trash and overflowing dumpster. This review is one star only because that was required in order to submit it!
