A brand new and well maintained RV park. We are 45' long and tow a jeep. Plenty room. The pads are a bit narrow but that's the absolute worst I can say. Everything else is perfect. Pool, excercise room, laundry, outdoor fireplace, meeting room for rally's. The town of Greenfield has a nice grocery store but isn't big on places to eat. Gilroy is 30 minutes north, Monterey is an hour west. Do watch the wind here, it can be brisk. We didn't put any awnings out. They in fact, warn you of this.
The sites are a bit tight for our 45' beast but we made it. Nice office and staff and level cement pads. It's right off 101, convenient but you do hear the traffic.
I'll stay again on our trips to and from NorCal to SoCal each year if we take 101 again instead of I5.
It is expensive and in April, mostly empty.
We can't fit in state parks. This works.
