Maintenance man is a joke and blew leaves, dirt and rocks on our 2015 truck. (Yes, I have a video.) He will blow the ashes and cig butts out of your fire pit and accuse you of littering your lot.
This park floods with every rain. The ducks really own the park because they are everywhere and they are multiplying. The dock is covered in their poop. The lights in the bath house will go out while you are in the shower. The washing machines stink.
