Small and Tight

A bit disappointed upon arrival. The full hook up spaces were extremely small and squashed together. There were larger ones on the perimeter but they seem to be taken by regulars or extended stay. Seems to be geared toward families and kids. Can have bigger spots if you don?t want sewer. We were not told this. Very poor dog park/walk area.

Quite Park

We stayed in early October. It is relatively small with one main road down the middle, spots on each side. I think people stay here and must work in the city because some were set up with plants and flowers. It was about 45 min from Pittsburgh. Owners were nice and accommodating. There is a very large pool at the front of he park that is probably open in the summer.

Probably great for families!

I am sitting in the park at this time. The map shows my location but the pin on the map is way north of me. Needless to say directions are confusing.

This is a very big area with multiple camping spots. I am in Area 4 so that is the only area I can honestly speak about.

The site we were given is right on the lake. Beautiful lake but the water is about 30 ft low. The site is large, rocky, with fire pit and picnic table. A bit tricky getting into this particular spot and the way they have them arranged.

There are more level and grassy spots in other areas of the park. Lots of things to do for the kids and families. We only stayed 1 night.

Nice, smaller park!

Raccoon Valley RV park is a smaller park, well cared for, and quite. You don't have to be an Escapees member to stay. Very nice staff. Pet friendly with play yard and trails.
