This is a clean , friendly park of active 55+ folks, made up of mostly mobile homes. Positives: Beautiful level concrete pad at our site. Clean as a whistle. Two pools. Pickleball courts and putt-putt golf course with loaner equipment. Nice laundry with $1.50 top loaders and $0.25 per 10 minute dryers. Gym. Very nice wood and ceramic shop (must join and be approved as an annual member, but quite inexpensive). Negatives: Located on US-27, so lots of road noise. If you are located next to the service building (like we were), the crew starts at 7 AM and is loud (as in shouting for no reason). Bottom step on the pool is much longer than the rest, causing me to jamb my toe. Beyond those few things, we would most definitely stay again.
We stayed here because of the Passport America rate. Still, it was pricey for what we received. The first thing I was greeted with was a pile of dog droppings below my driver's door. Our site also had a melted picnic table that had one of the benches broken and laying on the ground. The site was extremely unlevel front to back.
Very clean park with nice owners. Wifi is extra but worth every penny, as it is lightning fast. Campsite cost is low, so it more than offsets the $1 a day per device.
Love this park. It is a nice little campground nestled into a semi rural area. Best wifi we have ever experienced at a campground. Winter sites also. Paved roads.
