This is a spacious rv park with lots of rv spots. Some are shaded and some are full sun. There is a swimming lake, volleyball net, 9Square, a couple pavilions, lots of cabins to rent, and a few meeting rooms. It is hillbilly decor with tons of fun to be had! Great place to walk! This would be a fun place to camp together with others or have a rally at!
Stayed here on our way through. It?s close to the highway and a train track but we didn?t hear much noise. Good pull through spots and easy after hours self check in. That was helpful at 11 pm!
We?ve stayed here twice on our way through and liked it both times. It?s quiet, nice, and $36. Great pull through spaces for travelers. We?ll be back if our RV recovers from being beat up on bumpy I70! ?.
We drove by quite a few of the rv parks in the area and this one is the best for sure! The spot we got is right on the water with a cement pad. There is a dock to walk out on and a nice swing beside the water. The owners are super nice and friendly. It?s much quieter here than the places right by the highway. Great place!
It rained the day before we got here and very few spots were useable because most had standing water. There is no sand or beach at all. The short pier is okay. Don?t plan your coastal vacation here unless you?re looking for a silent retreat. It is very quiet and quite far to anything. The nearest town has a WalMart but nothing else to speak of.
Close by Pittsburgh for easy drive into the city. Quiet and kept clean. Nice pool with slide. Poor restroom facilities. We stayed in the back most section and the rocks were so soft we sunk right in and had a hard time leveling and again hard time pulling out because it was too close to the opposite row. Good park though overall. Would stay again!
The other parks in this area seem to be old and near train tracks or the highway. This is a quiet park, and has a nice pool. Some of the spaces may take some effort to get level.
Beautiful place, wonderful for walking and enjoying nature. However, some of the electric hookups don't work, there is some highway noise, and sober of the spots are very unlevel. Even so we would return.
Another thing is there is a nuclear power plant a few miles away.
