Old Florida

I have stayed at the state park multiple times. Park staff are very friendly and helpful. They have two sections for rv's. The new section is level, great privacy with lots of spots. The two cons are the wifi does not work. I could not even hot spot with my phone and your a long bike ride to the lake. The older section is the place to be if you do not have a toad and want wifi. The highlight of my last trip was watching this person fish from a dock. As soon as she would get a fish on the hook, multiple gators would head to it. I saw lots of wild life! You want to avoid the summer if your not accustomed to the heat or bugs of Florida

Great escape

I have been to WDW over 100 times, I have stayed at MANY of the resorts. This was my first time with the RV. 1st it's the only place you can bring your dog! 2nb it's vibe is a lot slower paced, which is great after a day at the parks. We will probably only do WDW this way for a while. You have access to transportation but a golf cart is a good idea. You can easily access Disney world, Epcot, fort wilderness, contemporary, and grand Floridian. If you bring your kids you could spend a few days just hanging out in the pool, horse back riding and other fun things.

Hidden gem

Ever site is a short walk to the beach. The staff is friendly. There are two restaurants with in walking distance. You can rent kayaks and boats near by as well. Most sites have some shade. I love this place.
