Too many things to comment on so here are the good and bad.
The good: several dog "runs" and one nice one but is on the end of the park for full timers
The bad. Receptionist was nice. Escort could use some help in defining who the customer is. Noise--people getting their coach detailed for hours, roadrunner train, interstate highway. Did I say noise and that escort that takes you to your site is also the traffic cop. 5 mph is actually a lot slower.... Be threatened to get kicked out. Did I say customer was alway right....not here !!
Electricity not up to code as I have one of those little testers that indicate no ground, so don't expect any gfci to function properly. There is more but this should help you decide.
If you like trains-ok, if you like quiet-not so much
Clean park but too close to the roadrunner railroad tracks. Train schedules supposed to stop around 8:30 and they did bit got woken up be one at 3:00am. Trains start at 6:00am so don't expect to sleep late. Also the dogs were bothered be the ground shaking from the trains.
