If you want a nice, quite stop overnight in Deming, this is it. It's about 5 miles from town (& I-10) but worth the drive. The sites are all gravel & large enough to park your towed next to your rig. There is an enclosed play area for you dog. We have stayed here many times when traveling east/west on I-10. Just be prepared for no internet. We were unable to even connect this time. If they get the internet fixed, it will be a solid four star. Rates are for Passport America.
If you need a place to overnight, this one is fine. If you are Passport America, it's $13
for 50 AMP & full hookups. The sites are side by side but she staggered us so that no one was beside you. It's a worker park but we were there on a Friday night & it was very quite. And you are away from the I-10 traffic. Use your own shower, theirs had mold.
We stayed here because of the pictures online. It does have a pretty view of the river and you can access the river walk nearby. The sites are ok and for $5 extra you can back up to the river which we did. This park is right on Hwy 180. Our site was the fourth one from the road & we were about 50 yards from the road. We listened to truckers, roaring motorcycles & hotrods all night long. Candy was very helpful getting us there & getting us parked. This park is not worth $40 a night.
