Very nice and clean. Close to downtown places to go. We certainly enjoyed the cement pads for our 35 ft coach. Ours was a back in. Pull through a available but they are dirt. Much better to back in. Hard to get on wifi. Not strong at all. Did not use bathrooms. Good laundry room. Very quiet which was nice.
We stayed two weeks in April 2015. What they call a premium space is actually a tight squeeze back in. We have a 35 ft motor home. Don't expect to pick up direct tv if on your roof because of the trees that block. Hard to get internet not strong enough. Free wifi is not really free since you can't pick it up. Would have paid for wifi if offered. Ended up going to Safeway down the street and Starbucks. Wonderful laundry room. Didn't use the bathrooms. Great walk path nearby and near all the tourist type activities.
