NO shade. I would never recommend this place accept to my worst enemies. Water was supplied from a 80 long leaky garden hose. Dirt sites NOT level at all. When we paid for the site ($40 a night and way too much for what we got) I explained to the woman that the water pressure was so low that it would NOT power my hot water on demand water heater and asked for some compensation...there was none and no explanation was offered either. So no hot water ='s NO SHOWERS, NO DISH WASHING! NO FUN!! However, I did manage to lose several pounds due to blood loss as the mosquito's were bigger than our cat. It was tranquil alright and now that is understandable as who else would want to stay here. The lake did look nice but we couldn't go outside for fear of the bugs. Couldn't use repellent with no hot water to wash it off later. Just stuck inside all day....WOOO-HOOO! I'd stay at Auschwitz before coming back here!

One of the best parks I have ever stayed at. They had a cafe and a store as well as everything else a first class place has. Nice big level concrete pads are a plus....If you go to Las Vegas, stay here....it's the best! Close to stores and the strip.
Very nice park, well kept and the people were very helpful giving us directions on how to get there when we could not find it. We had a great spot by the office and the facilities. This is p0robably the best one in Lubbock TX.
This was by far one of the worst RV parks I have stayed in. First they do not have any pull thru sites...,then they do not have any bathing or toilet facilities.....the site I was given was NOT level and so I ended up sleeping down hill all night log, that is if I slept at all! The road noise was bad with trucks cars and loud motor cycles zooming by all night, not to mention the trains going by honking their horns too. When I first asked the man who was directing me backing in about the road noise he said "oh you can hardly ever hear anything at all"!.....WRONGO! if it had not have been soooo late I might have gone down to the WalMart down the street.....at least I would have save some cash....my advice....stay anywhere but here!
At first glance this park looks nice enough and the staff were friendly also.....BUT....then there are the amenities that are NOT discussed. First they do not (or didn't for me) have 30 amp service so you will need an adapter or they will loan (I believe) you one. Second, the sewer was either too far, meaning I had to use the one next door, or use mine which was on the wrong side. Third, my sight was not level in any direction and so my fold out Trailmanor would not open correctly. Fourth, you will need a water pressure regulator because their water is 100 psi or more..SHEESCH!!! OK...I can deal with these things but the straw that broke the camel's back was the fact that right next to the park is a Tractor Trailer truck farm parking area where they run their diesels ALL NIGHT LONG! It's like being next to a train switch yard with that constant low frequency rumble. Then on top of that you have the interstate 40 traffic which is about 75 yards away zooming by ALL NIGHT LONG! Needles to say, I didn't have a very restful night. So look elsewhere.
