If you want rustic, this is your place...except for the highway sounds. No cell coverage, no wifi, no pool, Delaware River had retreated to NJ, dark, dark, dark, and did I mention the road noise? National Park Service needs to get to work if they want to create a National Park people want to go to, and don't automatically let Dingman's run it.
