This is no longer a koa. But it doesn?t need to be. Has nice amenities and is very quite. Clean and well managed. A little difficult getting to sites on hill top but just ask for those on lower level.
Concrete pads are excellent. But cable tv is a lie. Also WiFi is non existent. Don?t know why these parks insist on advertising services they don?t have. A big scam!!!
Nice clean park. Level sites, good wifi, good cable. Excellent amenities. My only negative is the quite time after 10 pm was totally ignored. People, kids out roaming around. Very noisy. Also pricey. But good location for Zion.
Campground basically. Dirt and gravel sites. Advertised cable tv. Nope , I got 1 snowy channel. WiFi, nope not even 1 bar of service. Couldn't read email.
We stayed here one night and it was raining. The sites were dirt so mud when we parked. WiFi did not work. Cable did not work. I could not recommend this park.
This is not a 5 star resort. A glorified campground. All sites are dirt. We requested a pull through. They said first come first serve. We showed up at 10 for noon checkin. That way we would get first choice. We were given s back in, extremely u level site. So unlevel we used all out jack pads and had to go buy more. After using 6 pads, the front tires were still off the ground. We complained at front desk, they said tough. So we bought chocks and blocks. $ 68 extra stuff to get level. Wi-fi slow or non-working. Cable TV hookup and we got 2 channels. Worst place I've ever stayed and will not come back charged us holiday rate on July 2.
