Above ground sewage tanks that smell horrible! A old crazy lady lives next to the rundown laundry room that will beg for rides and cigarettes! Internet WiFi is unreliable and goes out often and is unsecured! Owner are nice but are old religious nuts out of touch with the times. Undeveloped grounds are full of mosquitoes!
