I've stayed here twice now and both times were enjoyable. They have a pool and events on the weekends for kids. The sites are nice and can be in either shade or field. The people we have talked to have always been accommodating and knowledgeable. They were willing to work with us to put our small trailer on a normally tent site when we did a last minute call for Labor Day weekend. We should have taken the offer instead of going elsewhere to a bad experience.
If you can make plenty of white noise with your generator and fans, you should be fine. This is apparently a place where locals come to be loud and party at night. So be prepared for all night parties to happen fairly near you.
The driveway has a short but steep hill in the gravel road so be aware you will need to get up that. Otherwise, the sites aren't terrible and you will be away from all the commotion in Ohiopyle but don't think that means it will be quiet by any means. The owner does not have a quiet time rule and won't enforce any rules if you talk to him. You will be told you can move but there is only one small section with hookups. I've learned my lesson to not stay in established places with no reviews to be found online.
