Noise, Noise, Noise, and Worker Park, What "Resort"?????

Park is new, construction continues. Could be a nice park but:

THIS IS NOT A 55+, NOT A RESTFUL AREA!!!
The park sits on I-35 and Texas 188. If you like to live on the Indy Track 24/7, this is your park.
Large equipment, trucks, etc., constant, constant, did I say 24/7? Bad location for rv park.
Do not expect to rest or sleep. All pull-thrus are along I-35.
Back-ins on back side of park may not have as much noise. When walking the back area noise was only softened by rv's in between you and highways. (These sites are taken early by wintering rvs. All others are local construction workers)
Nice pool but the name "Resort" is VERY loosely used.
Most parks in this area are used and filled with local construction workers, families, associated noises, i.e. leaving for work, children, etc..
Most rv's in good shape.
Rules are exhaustive but speaking to people here say they are loosely enforced.
Other complaints: New sod laid was not rolled therefore has holes to stumble in.
Pets run loose.
No maint. workers only managers.
