Overnight Stay

Great stopover. Gravel sites with grassy area. Picnic table, fire pit. Bathrooms and showers clean. Nice laundry. Jim is outstanding. Only drawbacks are no shade and is right on highway.

Remote but close to state park

Large park with most areas "permanent". Many kids activities (pools, arcade, basketball, shuffleboard, mini golf, etc) tho most could use a little TLC. Dog park, large open areas for frisbee, whatever. Stayed a whole month so got discounted rate.

Friendly Staff

Nice staff, gravel roads and rutted. Sties tucked in on tiered layers, mostly level. Great trees for shade. Pool, playground, small laundry and onsite craft brewery! Still, too expensive.

Large Sites, remote & Expensive

Sites really nice size and secluded but you sure wouldn't want to wander off them. Extremely expensive for a state park! Also 25 miles out from anything at all. Interesting things to check out.

Great rate, good amenities

Saw rate in magazine for $119 wk for first timers. Don't know regular rate. Convenient to area beaches and attractions if you have transport. Clean, lots of full timers, friendly folks and staff.
