Pot holes, dryers don't dry, no cable, no wi-fi! if u r going south stop at the KOA before you get there. If you are traveling north pass this one up and stop at the KOA another 30 min up the Hwy. Lot's of live there residents and if you complain about something they're doing, you are put out. It's all about the money for the manager.
