Needs 100 loads of crushed rock to fill water holes and provide sufficient support for parking....
Neighbors are a little close but all pads are concrete. Next door to a HUGH flee market that is held every weekend. Stayed in a 38 ft MH.
Wouldn't stay there again due to muddy site.
