We were so happy that we found this park it was a great location for us to travel on Avenue of the Giants. It is privately owned and the people are so nice. They have a great gift shop plus a little store for things you might need. If you have AT&T you can forget phone service but they do have a booster for Verizon and one other carrier in the gift shop.
This is a beautiful park. We stayed for 3 nights. It is very neatly kept. The people were very friendly. We got a 70ft site for our 40ft 5 wheel, with our Good Sam discount it was $175. Well worth it.
The park was ok. The people were very friendly. The only problem was that it was right next to the train tracks. Our first night there was14 whistle blowing fast moving trains that came through between 8-11. The next night only had 4 or 5. The trains didn't really bother us cause we were up. The price was very reasonable for 2 nights too.
Was wondering where we were going to spend the night and lucked out and found an app that found us this place. The people were very friendly and the food was good in their little cafe. It was like a little Oasis in the middle of nowhere and the price was good. The price shown includes tax.
