Wonderful Family Vacation

We stayed here 4days/3nights. We purchased the snow mountain camping package for four people which included 2 campground nights, 2 days in the park, a two hour snow tubing session, a fire wood bundle, and a s'mores pack. We added and fifth person and an extra night which brought the total to $400. The normal cost of just a single night is listed at $49. The entrance to the park itself is not included and was an extra $15 per vehicle. The do give you a dated pass for unlimited entries afterwards. There were several restaurants just a few miles outside the gate. We stayed on L-285. The staff was very hepful and accommodating and check-in was a breeze. The site was adequate for our 33' T/T, but a little more room would have been nice. Due to the vicinity of the trees, we were unable to full extend the awning. Ours was a asphalt pad with gravel extension, a concrete picnic table, bbq grill, and stone fire ring. The sewer line had no threads or cover. They had plenty of room to walk the dogs along the access road. The campsites were very peaceful and quiet.

Family Stay

Our first time in New Jersey. This campground had many amenities that were not mentioned. There were showers, restrooms, laundry, dump station, wireless Internet, cable, propane, a small store, swimming pool, playground, horseshoes, volleyball, miniature golf, and a hayride on Saturday afternoon. There was a small lake to fish in but mostly filled with weeds and Lily pads. The campground not a busy place and the other guests are very respectable. They keep the seasonals and the weekenders separated. There were a few sites that could be a little more level and a few sites that would be very hard to get into or out of. All the sites I noticed had a picnic table and a fire ring. We stayed for a week. The sites were a rock/sand mix with trees and bushes separating the sites. The roads throughout were crushed asphalt.
