We called, made reservations, came and hooked up. No cable tv. I asked about tv, they said no tv. But it was advertised on the web site and information on the paper work when we signed in. Then after we hooked up for the night we found out. The manager said he would give us a refund, but only if we left. This is very poor customer service. If they would have told us two weeks ago when we made reservations then we would have gone some where else.
